Lex graduated from UC Berkeley with high honors in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science at the age of 20. He worked at Microsoft as a Software Engineer for 2 years and was quickly entrusted to build the most complex components. A patent was granted to a system that he designed. In 2007, Lex left Microsoft and started his Computer Science Ph.D degree at Berkeley, focusing on program synthesis research.
In 2009, Lex obtained the M.S degree and turned his focus to real estate opportunities. He founded Salt Light Design & Management and renovated over 40 properties in 6 years. His venture quickly grew from a one-man-show to a professional private equity investment firm. In 2013, Lex started to offer his market-tested real estate insight to the public as a Realtor.
In 2015, Lex co-founded WalkInTour.com and led the company to become the largest 3D real estate marketing firm in California. Lex and his team have assisted and coached hundreds of Realtors in how to best market their listings.
