Due to a high number of no-shows in rental showing appointments, we require a valid credit card on file for each showing appointment. If you don’t come to the appointment during the proposed time slot, a $35 Non-refundable No-show Fee will be charged to your credit card.

To help you avoid the no-show fee, 6 hours before each appointment, an SMS and email reminder will be sent to you. We sincerely hope you will come to the appointment and value our time as much as we value yours.
