Aaliyah took an interest in real estate from witnessing gentrification before her eyes since she grew up in West Oakland. As an East Bay native, she knows the area like the back of her hand. She has resided in Berkeley, Richmond, Alameda, San Leandro, Walnut Creek, and San Ramon. Because Aaliyah has lived in all of these places, she knows the pros and cons of each neighborhood.
In pursuit of becoming a realtor, Aaliyah also acquired her Loan Origination license, which is advantageous for buyers since she is knowledgeable on various mortgage products.
As a Nanny and Elementary School Teacher, her background taught her patience, kindness, and negotiation. Her understanding and experiences in inclusivity and diversity make it a joy to work with her. Aaliyah’s charismatic yet professional demeanor makes her a great asset to the company. She enjoys dance, playing tennis, and loves hiking in her free time.
