About Katy Liang
Katy earned a double major in Applied Mathematics and Statistics. She also completed a minor in Business Chinese from UC Berkeley. Later, Katy finished a Master of Sciences in Applied Mathematics and a Teaching Credential for Math and Computer science. Also, Katy has been a high school Math teacher for over 12 years and started mentoring teachers five years ago.
With her vast experience as a teacher, Katy will leverage her detail-oriented organizational and creative talents to make all deals possible. Katy will support you throughout the process to make sure you are as informed as possible before making decisions and will help you analyze all possible alternative outcomes. Katy was born in KaiPing, China, and immigrated to San Francisco in her early teens. Ever since arriving in the Bay Area, she has fallen in love with the area’s beauty, culture, and people. She has chosen to raise her family of two young boys here in Oakland. Katy hopes to help more people plant their roots in this beautiful place or successfully navigate the next stage of their journey.
