How much does it cost to get your grant deed?

After you purchased your property, chances are, you will receive some official-looking mails selling you the services of obtaining grant deed for your property. They normally charge anywhere between $50 to $100. DON’T EVER FALL FOR THESE TRICKS/SCAMS! The recorder’s office takes 1 to 2 months to record your deed and the original recorded deed will be mailed to you FOR FREE. Even if you didn’t receive your deed in the mail, it’s okay.  You ownership to the property is not affected. Let us know and we will obtain a copy for you for free.
