How much does it cost to get your grant deed?

After you purchased your property, chances are, you will receive some official-looking mails selling you the services of obtaining grant deed for your property. They normally charge anywhere between $50 to $100. DON’T EVER FALL FOR THESE TRICKS/SCAMS! The recorder’s office takes 1 to 2 months to record your deed and the original recorded deed will be mailed to you FOR FREE.
